I have a Dmat account with ICICIDirect. everytime I used to place an order, after it's successfult execution, ICICI Direct sends an e-mail about the details of the order placed, and other service charges along with an attached pdf file. This pdf file is passwrod protected and the pass word is the e-trading account number. The mail also says where to find this number. It states that the number can be found on the General Profiles page. But when you log in to your account in ICICIDirect.com, this General Profile page is nowhere seen. There are so many links and so much of information but no where General Profile link is available. After much wandering I could find this link under the submenu Customer Services. Click on the menu link Customer Services and there you find the link to General Profile. The trading account number given on this page is the password to open the pdf docs sent by ICICIDirect.
